Progressive Lenses

Progressive lenses are used in eyeglasses to correct presbyopia (blurred vision at near points) without visible lines.  They not only provide visual correction for distances that traditional lined bifocals can't, but they also hide the fact that you are wearing a multifocal lens. 

Progressive lenses provide distance, midrange, and near vision, with all the in-between corrections.  In fact, they are most like our natural vision before the onset of presboypia.
